Do you believe we are 6 weeks out from Thanksgiving and the beginning of the holiday season.? Six weeks from tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Crazy, I know. And with Thanksgiving and the Christmas season comes family commitments, parties, shopping, snack days/treats at school, etc. Although I love Christmas, the music, the movies and the fun I also know it is a crazy distracting time.
So I decided to create a Challenge for myself. I am going to complete the 30 Day Shred (again). I love the 30DS and how it so quickly changes my body. I have 6 weeks (5 days/week) to complete it so I don't have to do it every day. This plan works for me. Following Thanksgiving and this Challenge I plan to continue with the Shred but vary the levels.
Most days during the week I'm going to get up early (5:15) and Shred before getting ready for work. I did it this morning and felt great all day. Like Julie, of Julie Golean wrote, it's all about preparing the night before and having a plan.
