Two years ago my brother gave Husband and I the best of all wedding presents. He gave us a dog. He gave us Ella. It is hard to believe that two years ago this little fuzzball entered our lives.
She is definitely our baby!
Do you celebrate your pet's birthday? We do! I also like to remember her adoption day (today). If I'm this celebratory with our pup, I can't imagine what I'll be like with real babies.

We try to celebrate our pets birthdays. But we forgot our cats birthdays this year until the week after. I don't think they noticed. ;)
We always celebrate out pets birthdays buy getting them a new toy. When Gracie Lou turns 1 in January I think we will mark it with a special trip to PetSmart!
Yes, yes, and yes! Winston was adopted on around super bowl, so every Super Bowl weekend (we adopted him on Saturday but Sunday is also a huge celebration) we celebrate his birthday! I usually cook him eggs and bacon for breakfast, he gets new toys for presents, and gets chicken for dinner.
Winston is our child! :)
