My evening has included a nice-long shower, take-out for dinner, and a quickie strength-training workout thanks to Caitlin and Kath. If there was an area in my fitness regiment that is most lacking it is my strength-training. I am hoping that by using their workouts I'll become more committed. And it's nice to know it's only about ten minutes long.
