My morning run was really great. I had fulled with a banana with PB and so I had an excellent reserve of energy and calories. I think the run was so nice because we ran in a different route. I love running and getting to notice so many things that I don't get to see when we're driving in the car.Once home I enjoyed an apple and toast. This has become my go-to post run snack/meal.
I saw this yesterday and as a result thought about the song all day and night long! Read this hilarious running song to the tune and style of "I Like Big Butts" by B.o.B. of Discom-BOB-ulated Running. IT IS SO FUNNY!
Funny story: While in Spain I heard this song in Spanish while on a bus. "Big Butts" transcends languages and cultures!
I am sure there are other funny stories about "I Like Big Butts". Please share!

So true about running. I notice so much more. I went for a run in my hometown when I went back to visit and noticed so much more than when I lived there and drove by thousands of times.
Haha, that would be funny to hear that song in another language.
I have the Sir Mix A lot song on my ipod and it always gets me so revved up when it randomly plays. It just like automatically makes me want to dance - and I hate dancing!
It is weird hearing songs in another language. I love bananas and peanut butter, actually I love anything with peanut butter!
